today was the first day since i can remember that i behave and think before i answer to something.. or before acting.. it felt wayyyy too good! cause i didn’t hurt anybody today… I hope i stay like that forever :)

I haven’t drink coke now for 2 weeks and 3 days… i will like to see if i can stay “coke sober” forever… i don’t miss it, but i’m not drinking it now cause i’m on a diet and is prohibited.. let’s see what happens when i finish my diet!!!!

I found this interesting facts about procrastination, on a psychology website:
1) There are big costs to procrastination. Health is one. Just over the course of a single academic term, procrastinating college students had such evidence of compromised immune systems as more colds and flu, more gastrointestinal problems. And they had insomnia. In addition, procrastination has a high cost to others as well as oneself; it shifts the burden of responsibilities onto others, who become resentful. Procrastination destroys teamwork in the workplace and private relationships.
2) Procrastinators tell lies to themselves. Such as, “I’ll feel more like doing this tomorrow.” Or “I work best under pressure.” But in fact they do not get the urge the next day or work best under pressure. In addition, they protect their sense of self by saying “this isn’t important.” Another big lie procrastinators indulge is that time pressure makes them more creative. Unfortunately they do not turn out to be more creative; they only feel that way. They squander their resources avoiding.

Quit Smoking (read all 3 entries…)

I’m going to try until i can accomplish this goal! I wrote long time ago and i’m smoking a lot less, but my problem is still the same: when i drink and im out with my friends! And the problem with that is that in a night out, for 4-6 hours, i can smoke from 5 to 15 cigarettes.. :s
I can be a week or more (if i don’t go out) without smoking… I’m thinking now is an habit and not a “pleasure” anymore, cause im hating the smell now and i don’t find anything that i like on a cigarette… but i keep doing it and im tired of this!! i want to be healthier and i don’t wanna die young, or old, because i smoke… :(
Any advices? i guess there are people like me that just feels that wants to smoke socially, right?

I need to work on this really hard. I consider myself somebody very intelligent but when it comes to this, im so stupid, and i admitted it… just too late i guess! I tell anybody the truth on his/her face… and some people know how to deal with this but other not, so i can hurt people, without wanting it :(... and even my closest people… Then other problem is the way i delivery stuff too… that’s what my father tells me so many times everyday… for me is the right way, but it doesnt seems the right way to others. What can i do.. help! :(

This goal is “things that makes me happy besides money”...but my 99 thing is not about the money, really…I’m trying to learn how to save money so every pay day is a new challenge for me…. to do something i really wanna do… Every-time is pay day i feel happy cause i’ll see if i’m learning something.. and if i can be able to accomplish my goal!

100. Eating healthier
i wanna live long, to have a family and see my babies grow ;) so this is a good start!

DONE! i’m so happy i did this…it was a great “exercise”!

94. When is not that hot outside!
I live in the Caribbean and yes, it’s great (beaches are great) but when you have to dress formal to go to work and is on the 90’s (or more) for more than a week, you think you’ll die with the clothes on and you feel like make up is melting.. just horrible!... so when is not june-july-august- and is windy and raining.. or it can be hot, but just not that hot that become so uncomfy…
I love this weather just to go to the beach, i mean, be on the beach 24/7… but its not possible cause i have to work so… i cannot come to work in shorts and bikini hehehe

I’m working very hard on this! a month ago I open my savings bank account and today I made my second deposit, saving almost half of my paycheck of one hole month! :D I’m very happy I’m doing this! I have to see if I can be able to keep it!

92. The smell of my new bodywash… is soooo relaxing!
It makes me smile at the very first moment of the day, when I take a shower.

93. 1 p.m. on saturdays or 6 p.m. on fridays
I usually don’t work on weekends, but if i have to, is until 1 p.m. so after that, i don’t have anything to do until monday :D
If i don’t have to work that weekend, my day finish at 6 p.m. an is like seeing the glory :D love it!


own a bike and ride it

I want a bike so bad! to exercise and to relax going thru different places, not in my car! The problem is that in my country, a person in a bike is nobody… and u have to be very careful riding your bike in the street, so u don’t get injured by a car.
If I go to a very far place, and lonely, is worst. Because i can be rob!
Anyways, i still want my bike :)

Yesterday was the day! 3 weeks ago

So i started yesterday, i mean for real.
I already have around a week eating very very healthy and cutting so many calories.
No coca cola, no bread, no candy, no fried stuff no junk food or eating out in unhealthy places… this should work for me! No eating late night and in big amounts. Less meat (or nothing) at less the red one…
But i will: drink a lottt of water, drink more tea, eat more veggies and i wanna try new veggies that i never had before, more fiber and soy products….
I started doing some walking yesterday. I walked around 5.5 miles.. it was great! i felt so good after… I’m eating 5 meals, smaller and just salads and fruits and soy as protein…
I have also somebody that gives me massages to reduce inches… i love that too..
So my plan is to start just doing cardiovascular exercises for a couple of weeks (5-6 days a week).. and then start with my gym routine.. (weights, push ups, to work on my abs, etc)
I have massages 3 times a week.
I had 157.0 at the moment i added this goal.. couple of days ago.
Right now i weight myself n i have 153.6 pounds. So i think is working!
I’m doing this not just for the way i look (that i don’t like cause all my life i was always thin by nature)... but i wanna do this because if i continue this way i’m gonna be worst and worst and it will bring me health problems…
I already have my BMI very high, so i don’t wanna be an obese an sick person in the future… I wanna have kids and be able to play with them and raise them :)
Anyways i’m happy cause it’s just my second day and i’m really enjoying this.. i haven’t starve and i feel happy and full of energy!

it makes me start my day much better! i have time to get dress slow without any rush and is a great way to start..
