Well, this week I’ve gone to the gym for at least an hour four days this week. I feel fantastic!

Well, this week I’ve gone to the gym for at least an hour four days this week. I feel fantastic!
I’ve managed to get myself to drink just water, and black coffee if I need it. I don’t eat sweets (well except for those rare occasions) And I don’t eat late at night. I’m not all the way there, and I’m feeling much much better.
I’ve kept things clean for a solid four weeks now. If I can keep it up for at least four more i would be so excited. However, I don’t know if Id call ti done
