I don’t know how it happened, or exactly when. But somehow all the discomfort and anxiety that came with how my body looks unclothed has disappeared and I can finally comfortably look at myself in the mirror nude without cringing. Instead I simply say “DAMN! I look good!” It feels wonderful to finally feel good about myself and my self image! =)

I got my passport in less then 2 weeks and the picture looks awesome!! I’m really happy with how it turned out, and they didn’t mess up any of the information. My friend said they messed up her son’s birthday on his and so she has to go and have it fixed (big hassle) So I’m happy that I have that all dealt with and all I have to worry about now is getting my tickets and work on learning some German before I head over!
I have terrible balance because of the damage to my inner ears from all the ear infections I’ve had in my life (way too many… really… way too many. Just got over a double ear infection actually.. again) Anyway, it’s thrown off my posture because I’m constantly fumbling around and tripping over things so I’m never paying any attention to where my shoulders are, I’m always looking down at my feet.
So my good friend got me a Wii Fit last week as a gift in hopes that it will help me with my balance. She’s such a blessing! It’s helped my balance soo much and in doing that I’m finding myself looking at my feet much less and getting better posture. Oh it’s wonderful. The more I work at it the better it gets =) I spend several hours a day playing with it till my body aches because it really is a work out if you get into it =)
