I am taking a class. It is great, I felt like I walked a little taller and was more grounded for a day or so afterwards. I missed it this week due to having company down, but have been practicing on my own and will be in class next week. Thanks to all who write such positive things about it. It helped me to make the decision to start. I am glad I have begun what could be a very rewarding journey.

we just hit 10,000 miles. Thumper went for his checkup and is well. The crazy thing about vw’s (or at least the new ones) is that the oil is only changed every 5000 miles or after 10000 every 10000 miles according to the owners manual and the dealer. i asked the mechanic, who owns a vw, how often he does his changes. He does it every 5, even tho apparently the car can go every 10. I think i will do that to. It has been 7 months and i still love my car.
My husband and I are on day 3. We actually both woke up and went outside on this beautiful day to “enjoy” our salt water flushes. My hubby chugged it so that made him vomit it. He is such a trooper (or masachist) he drank a second one. We both felt great before the flush, but now, OMG I just wanna lay down and die. I cant think of the drink any more and I only want water. I hope this will go away, I felt horrible after the flush yesterday too.
I ate indian food about 3 weeks ago and want it again today. It must take that much time for it to break down. Weird cravings are happening, but I hope it will get better. The book and everyone I have talked to mentioned that the 3rd day is the worst. I hope its over soon.
Best of luck to everyone
