back to ground zero after a tough fall. Have gone to the gym the last 4 days, and been eating relatively well. I am modifying this goal to the more realistic 15 pounds.

Invited by Mel to come along with her and her friends, so went with james to check it out. Glad I did. A really nice mellow evening, seated 2 feet from the “stage.” Need to get back into the swing of things.
Amazing! If and when I go to philadelphia, i would definitely go to a repreat performance.
