Have fun with it! 1 week ago

I’ve been doing little things here and there. Now I’m doing more. I’ve done two cardio work-outs this week. Am very proud. Overdid it a little – but that’s fine because I saw results the next day (and a few days after). I’m hoping to keep it up as a regular thing. Not so much a tedious “oh, this again?” thing but a “hey, what am I going to mix together today into a fun and energetic workout?” thing. Cheers.

Two weeks in. It’s not that hard to keep entries of what I eat. I’ve noticed a trend in food consumption and major places for improvement. Except I don’t really have the foods that I need as replacements. Oh well – you make do.

I am in needfc o f a new keyboardfc ifd I want to get any writing dfone I have to bacdkspace all of the wrong letters. I’ve hadfc this keyboardf fdor about a half a year now andf it startedf acdting up a week ago.

ALAS! I can not go on like this for mucfdh longer!
