It’s ok, but nothing special. I liked the filling more than the dough/crust. Maybe I should try the filling itself as a side dish? I also had problems deciding on the shape of samosas, as you can see in the picture (I’ve never seen one in my life, how am I supposed to know what they look like?). :))

I’ve been tired and sick. I slept through most of the weekend. But I lived by the wise words of Martha Beck, who says that getting into an “exercising” frame of mind is also important, so when you don’t have enough time or energy to exercise, at least try to get into a proper state of mind (“the place of thinner peace”). If all you can do is D-level exercise (which for me is stretching), then do just that.
Still, I hope to move on from stretching this week. :P
PS. Does anyone have any suggestions on running in snow? Or rather, on running through half-melted, dirty sludgy mush?

With my last deposit to my savings account, I went over my 9K goal. :) It took me a while to get here (I didn’t start from zero when I added this goal, you know ;)), but still less than I expected. That means I could do even better! Maybe I won’t have to live in poverty when I’m old and disabled from sitting at the computer all day all my life, after all! :P
