Well, basically this has been working out pretty good, so simple but never really tried it. I used to let things get to me, and think about it over and over. Now I just see it for what it is, deal with it if I have to and move on. Mostly try to think of things that make me feel good, and at the end of the day, I acknowledge myself for all of the positive things that I did. I used to let bad things take control of my emotions and affect my day. Finally reshaping my world, things are looking up.
