well… I’ve noticed that when I feel good (when I’m happy, balanced…), my posture tends to be much better. As my back/ shoulder isn’t straight anyway, it’s not that I’m super erect all of a sudden, but it’s a start??

I keep getting told off from my mum and grandma, but I can’t help it. I’ve just started sixth form and lets just say my incredibly heavy bag is bringing me down. I end up being tired and in pain after carrying it all day and then its hard to get the strength. Do you know what Im on about?

I am a tall person and have a tendency to slouch all the time. I see elderly people who are hunched over and I DO NOT want to be like that when I am older. It looks so painful!
I also need to stop sitting on my hip. It makes me have terrible hip and knee pain! :(

hmmm… today i’ll start off with a better ‘sitting’ posture while driving or just sitting.
not easy; but I just have to keep reminding myself. taking deep breaths helps a lot.
