8 weeks woowoo! and now I officially have learned enough things that I’ve forgotten some of them. bah.

I have a cute little bruise on my arm from mat work.

I have no endurance and felt horrible and barfy until we slowed waaaaaay down for the new white belts. whew. thank you new white belts!

Worth doing!

Well, I bike to class every day and do pushups regularly, plus I make it to the gym whenever I can. I think that’s about as good as it’s going to get until I graduate, really.

I keep a notebook and write down the stats of what I did on the treadmill like how long, how many laps, calories burned, etc. It’s just easier doing that then getting a gym membership.
But sometimes I get in a funk and stop for a week or two.
I need to set up a regular time to work out. I seem to only do it when I get upset or whatever and need to release pent up energy.
I started watching some DVDs I bought and never got around to viewing while walking the entire time. Seems to be working!

for last 3 weeks i didnt go to gym…
even not doing yoga or regular exercise at home…
i will be more dipressed if this continuos… yes there was some health related problem .. like cold.. headache ..
but these r just alibis..

i love to exercise.. but when i get upset.. i avoid to do what i like most…

I haven’t workout as much as I planned. I did run and walk today 2 miles. I also I will make more of effort starting NOW. I did 100 push-ups/sit-ups before I went to sleep. I ran/walked 5 miles, did 90 pushups and sit-ups and, played basketball once last week. I fell off the wagon after that. NO EXCUSE. This week I will get it right! PEACE

I started before I found this site. I want to lose 15 pounds in 100 days. I will walk, run, jog at least 6 miles a week, and start playing basketball twice a week. I will do 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups a day. I will drink a liter of water a day. I will eat more fruits and veggies. I will sleep at least 6 hours a day. I want to be in shape because I love being healthy and it will help with my attitude and going to work. Also I enjoy doing physical challenging games with friends and family. My starting point is 195 pounds. I will keep you updated at least once a week. PEACE

have been doing Frisbee golf. I want to get back into jogging, also doing push ups, sit ups etc is very important to me. I’m making it a priority to work out each day, but not make so many details like I used to keep track of how many of each I do. I do what I do, it’s just important to get a sweat, lose your breath and burn that fatty off. 140lbs isn’t bad for a 5’5 20 yr old girl….

I’ve been getting a bit burned out on my eat-healthy-and-exercise-a-lot plan. So, even though I intended to go hiking on sunday, I took the day off instead. I had some bad for you snacks but kept things in moderation and took the day completely off of exercising.

I felt a bit guilty at first, but I feel much more energetic and ready to attack life today! The rest was definitely worth it!

Now, the plan for this week:
Mon: cardio, yoga
Tues: lift, core, cardio
Wed: lift, core, cardio
Thurs: sprints
Fri: lift, core, cardio
Sat: off
Sun: aerobics class, hike
