Visit Singapore

I am visiting Singapore for 3 days on my way home to London from Melbourne. I’ll be there for 3 days from 10th to 13th July.
If anyone has some recommendations of great places to go, I’d love to hear them! :)

One of my Best Friends from College lives in Singapore with her husband. A half a world away, it’s hard to believe that we hardly see one another but once a year. They have been to the states several times – and not only want to see the country of Singapore, explore the cultures, eat the food, take incredible photos, but most importantly want to see the life that my friends are living. Saving up the dollars to get the LONG plane ride half way round the world!

I have a cousin (whom I’ve never met) who made me godmother of his daughter (whom I’ve also never met) and they moved to Singapore like a year ago…I promised that I would go and visit someday (and finally meet them!!!).

I’ve been to Singapore a few times. It’s a nice place with lots of shopping and entertainment but it’s a bit on the expensive side. Also, hot and humid is pretty much the rule there.

I promised a friend I would visit her in Singapore someday. I still want to see her.

Shop, eat, shop, eat, shop, eat! Heaven for girls. =) The Bugis area is better than Orchard Road for younger and trendier fashion items.

i went to singapore with my family when my uncle lived there… i’d love to say it was amazing, but i was three, and it kind of upsets me that i can’t remember much about it. i do remember stubbing my toe, though. but i look at all of our pictures from it, and that is definatley ‘worth doing’ at least.

It’s very cool, clean, just beautiful.
The airport is also freaking awesome.

Can’t believe Singapore 2006 is over… it was awesome though!

I just got back from sgpore last nite .. all happy
Omg sgpore so awesome! very clean and friendly ppl and i loves the mrt .. hahaha!. Since there no mrt at my place so i used every chances i get to ride it with my ezlink card that still left usd2.11 in it.

Apart from that i met a very important person in my life for the 1st time and it all happen in the sgpore!. She get me a brazil jersey as a bday gift! oh did i mean i celebrate my bday in sgpore! oh hell yeah! .. hahaha.

I’m so rock!
