I have mostly been doing a lot of cardio and it usually involves leg and ab work outs. as a result of the extra activity my hang time got a little longer. just a little but I feel better jumping up period. last week we worked on butterfly kicks and combos which have been helping me with turning my hips faster and I actually got a little advice for working on the tornado. soon i hope. :-)
one of those doable trick kicks that I came so close to landing and then tore my meniscus. I have tried a few times since then and even after surgery on my acl. It should be possible now that the leg I really need for this kick is really strong. Just need to work on the midsection so I can twist my body fast enough.
