walk a mile a day

Does walking 2 miles every other day count? I think it does.

Just for today, I walked a mile.

I guess a mile isn’t as far as I thought it was because my pedometer said I walked 1.66 miles. YAY! My doggie is greatful.

This is VERY do-able.

till the plantar faciitis kicked in and i couldnt hardly walk let alone walk a mile a day. its getting beter with the foot exercises and ice though and im very hopefull that soon ill be able to resume the mile.

This goal of mine is currently on hold. I have been having knee problems. It looks like I will be having surgery so until that happens this is beign put on hold.

why out of 19 people who are doing this goal i am the only one writting about it , does this mean im the only one doing it? sad.
