Tuesday I had

Chicken breast, mashed potatoes and peas

Keeping a food diary!  — 2 years ago

I want to keep a food diary in order to lose more weight. If I look at what I’ve eaten that day, I may feel digust or delight. This will start TODAY! Im not going to fail this, as I have done so many things in my life! I’ll write after the day is done, and look back and reflect.
