I use to have a good body… then I got off the dance team and graduated high school… got an office job… and well… hello fat body! But I want to start working out and eating better… it’s just so dang hard.

rollerblading is great too. Correct me if I’m wrong, but i read in a womens fitness magazine that you can burn 506 calories in 30 mins on rollerblades. Dancing alone is good to; you can do crazy moves you wouldn’t normally do in front of ppl. lol
it’s been a month that i’ve been working out. & i must say I did lose weight. I haven’t weighed myself since, but i do know i was at 145. 2% milk tastes like syrup to me now and I feel guilty if I miss a workout. I have until august 7ish to be where I want to be. That’s when school starts.
but today:
1 mile at an incline of 5.
60 squats w/ 15 lb weights
50 sit-ups
100+ calve-raises

So I get bored pretty quickly.
Like today when I was doing squats.
When I got to 40, I was like, “Screw this!”
And I happened to be listening to Moonage Daydream by David Bowie.
So I did crunches for 2 songs (so about 60-70)
More squats for 2 songs.
And calve-raises for 3 songs.
I don’t know how effective this was, but I sweated and had fun.
I just wonder what I looked like panting out “Rebel Rebel” while doing squats.

A few measly squats with two 15 lb weights.
I’ll step it up tomorrow.
But it’s a start :]
I know I’m not fat.
People even say I’m skinny.
But I’m not in shape, and I’m no where near where I need to be to take up modeling again, which is really important to me.
So here I am.
I guess I better re-new my gym membership :]
