you have to know who you are to truly live with passion and integrity. In addition to that you have to feel good about yourself, inside and out. Feel good about what you do. Feel alive.

My whole life has always been about living and enjoying my life. Now I can not even get out of bed and enjoy the day, before I got up and sang….
I wonder when my heart will heal and I can see the beauty in things again, smell the roses, look at the sunset, smell the smell of salt water…all those things that I love and enjoy that I stopped doing…
I would just like a desire to do them again….
I believe that living with Passion and Integrity involves having faith that your life journey is meaningful and that you have a purpose. My intuition tells me that my passion is contagious and that it ignites those around me to prosper. Living by loving, I am the example.
The passion is there now at work. Because I am part of a team that has a difficult task to accomplish, and the task has made me determined to see this through. This is good.
Integrity. Well, that’s developing as I mentioned in my other post. I think this whole task has caused me to focus on me – who I am, what I value, what is important to me – instead of just going through the motions to accomplish a task. It’s a good feeling but it also causes a lot of stress and self reflection.
It’s going to be a long, challenging summer. I am actually looking forward to the person I become at the end of this.
