i just want to be consistent in my training and eating and not go on binges
i want that “i’ll start tomorrow” thinking and continue eating like crap.
i never want to binge eat ever again
so step 1 – every day counts, never think i’ll start tomorrow, there is no tomorrow, it needs to be every day

I want to be consistent in my actions to my friends, and to all the people I know. I keep changing, being so talkative and funny and close to them one day, and then withdrawing the next minute, so individualistic and moody. and it sucks because I can’t keep a close friend, since I break off the connections I build. I would also like to be consistent in school and in everything I do, instead of getting so worked up about an idea, and then completely losing my motivations 3 days later. it makes me feel like a failure in the end.

im being consistent these days …
im waking up early
i’ve lost weight
im driving confidently
im going out almost everyday
watching less tv n spending not more than one hour on the net

I am working on saying YES! more. I am practicing doing SOMETHING productive at all times!
As a matter of fact- I picked up an affirmation that I’d like to share…
“I spend each moment doing the most productive thing I can!”
I repeat this ‘mantra’ throughout the day- When I say it – I scan my ‘to do’ list and think to myself, “What IS the most productive thing that I can do in this moment?”
I then get up- stretch- SMILE and keep moving!

I want to be consistent in two areas: attitudes and actions. The first, attitudes, is that I want to treat all people as if I loved them. I want to show my love to the people I do love, all the time. I also want to demonstrate God’s love to the people I have a hard time loving. I want to be kind and considerate always, not just when I’m having a good day.
The second area is perhaps more important than the first, because it’s the things I actually do in my life. I want everything I do, from playing music to doing my homework to studying to writing to working, to be done excellently. I want to put forth my absolute best effort in everything I do, not just the things I enjoy doing.
It’s definitely going to be an ongoing goal, which will probably always remain on this list, but I think it’s important that it stays here. I’m going to do my best!

i don’t really give up. i just don’t remember what this means anymore. maybe that means i’ve done it. maybe it means i’ve just simply forgotten. but i’m looking at this goal, going “WHAT?” so it’s coming off the list.
