learn how to focus

Can any one help me to know how to focus betterin my job ?

Lost with life, don’t knw wat to i’m studying a bit but mind keeps wondering ,want to study but every time i try i think wat do i want to become in life , why am i so lost that i don’;t know wat to do , and in teh end i don’t study , very lost

just want to learn to focus. my mind wanders very easily and is very frustrating.

How can i keep focus on one thing, my mind wonders too much, it seems i have a plan for tomorrow and then i focus on something else tomorrow.

Recently, I haven’t been able to focus on anything; it just feels like I’m getting dumber all around. I used to be able to pick up languages (which I love), but I’m trying to learn Welsh right now, and nothing’s sticking, and this is just the stuff I love to do. I can’t concentrate on anything at all!

I make time to study. I find a quiet place, without distractions but still hard to just sit still and memorize the stuff I’m supposed to be studying for. It’s been like this forever.

If I can just focus maybe studying and remembering what I study wouldn’t be so hard.

Well, when Im studying I get sidetracked REALLY easily. If anyone has tips please give some to me ASAP! THANKS!

Staying focus takes less talking and more thinking. It requires no procrastination and all determination. Whatever you focus on is what you will get. Stay focused on fear and that is what you will get..fear and failure. Focus on results and the power of belief and change, that is what you’ll get. When you stay less focused on your journey to a goal and put all your focus on the goal itself. Surrounding yourself with positive mentors and people who are good at what you want to become and what you want out of life. Remember procrastination is the natrual assasin of all dreams and the price of growing is much more expensive then mediocrity.
