Its not that hard to say so why is it so difficult to say to some people!!
ok so today managed to talk to 2 ppl i usually would not talk to and actually had really good conversations.
I am going to aim to talk to at least 2 ppl everyday that i usually would not talk to either it be a work or in a shop or on the street. wherever!! i am sick of being shy and feeling like i am being held back from enjoying my life!!
