Get a job I like

successfull software engg.

I’ve applied for a job as a special needs support tutor.

It would be great if I got the job because it would help me fund my own studies.

kind of doing this right now (but, unfortunately, just like everything else, it’s only temporary). I can only stand by and watch in admiration as these young men and women build the future. Still that’s something I suppose.

My true vocation is poet. But until I can get more widely published and start teaching poetry or the like again, I’m REALLY hoping on the job I’m interviewing for Friday in archives.

...being an artist. I think I never was anything else. I just have to acknowledge this to myself. every day. and act, live, work accordingly.

... just BE. live. all I really want in life is to be happy. actually. but you always need to list some less abstract goals… don´t you.. ah well… no you don´t, but we still do it. ... the only good thing about the jobs I´ve had so far was drinking coffee. apart from listening to gossip meanwhile. cheers.

What’s the point in getting a job you dread going to? Sure you make money, but if you’re miserable, it’s not worth it.

to keep this alive and active. I’ve been trying hard but so far all I’ve gotten is a lot of we have received applications from individuals who more closely match the specification. In two weeks time my contract finishes so it will be important to keep my momentum up (if I haven’t gotten anything by then—but it’s not looking likely that I will have).

Had a great dinner this evening, really experienced it doing me so much good, restoring me, and really simple food as well. Important to keep this up in the coming weeks. (I say this purely for my own benefit.)

so far the only job I like is a job that I don’t have.

But I do need a job, so it might as well be one I like, right?

I have applied for two jobs at the University. We’ll see what kind of response I get.
