have a penpal

My penpal sent me a letter, and I actually replied the next day, which is something I never do.

Also, I got 2 new penpals from interpals.com.
One has written to me, and I have written to the other one so it’s looking pretty promising :)

yay my penpal replied to my email and said my letter should be there today when i get home :)
im so excited.
how ironic, when i start bitching it happens. (see entry below)

also, i went onto interpals.com, a website for penpals all over the world. i’m excited because i made contact with some people, and they even have language exchange penpals which will hopefully help me with learning spanish :)

so now i have to wait for the letter and be sure to reply asap.

Okay so it’s been two weeks and no reply or anything :|
I sent him an email to see if he still has the same address. That was a week ago and no reply to that.
Haha I suck at having a penpal! :P

And I decided to try to get this one out of the way first.

Where do I start?

Well, I’ve been talking to a girl on here about penpals because we both like, wanted one, and I think we’ve pretty much decided now we are going to send a letter soon!!! So that’ll be really cool if that works out – I would have this site to thank!!

But not only that… I also have been chatting to a few people on interpals.net… and there is one particular girl, Janel, who is sooo friendly and lovely!! She’s from Singapore which is pretty crazy, and she’s just given me her address so I will be writing to her shortly!! :)

I have started to exchange letters with two people who are very similar to me but are also interesting in their letters. One is from Brazil and the other from Argentina, which is a great mix as I am from England. Hopefully we will forge long lasting friendships, and I love receiving their letters and writing my own.

right… so i set myself this goal yesterday or the day before and decided to get on it right away!!

i’ve spoken to a few people on here, but then thought it would be an idea to set up an account on interpals.net… the only problem is i set that up yesterday and already i’ve had 4 paedo’s talk to me!! okay so it’s wrong to judge… but when i specify looking to write letters to somebody aged 16 – 23, i do NOT expect some 54 year old man asking me where i live!!! urgh!!

so this isn’t being the most successful task at present… but hopefully i’ll get there with it soon enough!!

So I got my first letter from my friend Warren about two months ago, but I hadn’t gotten around to replying yet. Then last night i decided to do it because i just put it in my list of goals. So I wrote a letter and got my sister to post it off today, hopefully he still lives at the same address. I have his email address anyway so thats ok.
I think I will mark this off my list once we have sent 5 letters each way or 10 letters in total.

So, I love writing and would love to have a penpal, or two or three… :) I have no clue as to where to find a good penpal match! Any one interested??
