Always read that this is one of those things I should be doing… it’s just happened coincidentally lately, but I feel leaner and tighter since switching to rice milk and avoiding cheese. Keeping an eye on this.

STFU1337 is getting ready to be AWESOME!
holy jesus, dairy is everywhere.
i think i eat 8,000 servings a day.
that makes me uneasy!
STFU1337 is getting ready to be AWESOME!
grosses me out.
but, i am not a fan of soymilk.
i just need to cut down a lot.
maybe one dairy serving a day.
cause right now i have milk, eggs, yogurt, and cheese on almost a daily basis.
just because it’s on and in everything!
but its hard so i will indulge in occasional yogurt and ice cream but not milk or yogurt or cheese everyday, but i do eat eggs everyday so thats staying
I think I must have been recovering from a cold. Ive not eaten dairy for 3 days and I feel better already.
Less sinus congestion, better skin, clearer head.
I heard on the radio this guy describing how just a bit of chocolate or butter can make him feel like he has the flu for a week. I think this can also greatly affect asthma in some people.
I think that if you are one of these people that are very intollerant to dairy, these kind of feelings can go undiagnosed for a long time.
I suggest to anyone who thinks they might be intollerant to try being very strict for a week or two and seeing if there is any dramatic improvement.
I just need to keep this up for a good while. Take not of the improvement and realise that I can do without dairy.
Good luck. I’ll come back when Ive done a few more days.

ive been having tummy problems so i decided to completely avoid dairy (but not eggs). i have not had any dairy products or any products containing dairy in about 3 weeks. i have to say i dont really miss it.
Okay, I haven’t really been working too hard at this goal but I am going to try and go dairy free for a whole week, starting tomorrow (I am typing this as I am eatin yogurt _;) It’s hard since I love yogurt for breakfast and that low fat string cheese is a great way to get a little protein since I’m a vegetarian. Oh well, I can do a week and see how I feel…
So far, I’m doing really well. My hardest will be milk, ice cream and pizza.. I haven’t had those things or any other dairy product since I began, except for maybe just a little bit that I don’t know of. I really want to do this!

Now I hardly buy cheese. My downfall now is eating cheese when I am out (and I eat out a lot). So as of tomorrow I am limiting myself to one serving of dairy a day. I am also going to be more conscious of foods that contain small amounts of dairy. My final goal is not to become vegan because I do not feel it is for me, so it is hard for me to tell when I complete this goal.
