Look after my teeth better

key is to layout all my little getting ready products in order on the medicine cabinet shelf. floss is part of this, so i do it:)

I actually floss once a day now.

I have very expensive teeth. 2 sets of braces, 2 dental implants. I congenital missing teeth so I had baby teeth pulled, never had wisdom teeth, then after all the apparatus I got hit in the mouth with a softball and had root canals on my front two teeth. You would think I would treet them like gold, but I am so lazy at night, I usually don’t brush them (gross, I know). And I don’t like flossing because my gums always bleed when I do. And a lot of times in the morning I wake up and go straight to breakfast and what’s the point of brushing and then eating breakfast, especially then drinking cranberry juice. Ewwwww.

yeah new electomatictootbrushing wonder! its charging right now…all dentists say you should get one. got to get back to the flossing…i love sflossing, like running, once i get myself to do it.

finally went to the dental clinic! yeah, I do have two cavities but no bleeding gums anymore, flossing has become a new weirdly satisfying habit: i am also hooked on flavored toothpicks: so good for dental health!

I want to take care of my teeth, because when you lose an adult teeth, thats it unlike sharks can regrow them. So im hoping to take care of my teeth better. this is my daily routine:
Brush teeth with macleans, floss thoroughly, and finally use the listerene mouthwash.

but…
i feel i could brush them three times a day at least and floss at least 3 times a week.
because right now all im doing is brushing them twice a day, and id feel better about my teeth if i did more then that.

...there is room for improvement.

anyone have recommendations on these? I’d like to get them for me and my hubby for xmas. I’m preetty sure my dentist said to not get the ones that use batteries.
