It’s 12 1/2 since Labor day (5 weeks).

okay so here is how i am doing it. eggs in the morning 2. then a snack around 11:45 (my break at work..normally a kelloggs cereal bar you know the 90 cal things…so good haha) for lunch i get a 12 oz smoothie from smoothie king with strawberries, protien, and kiwi. and some slim thing they throw in. the another special k thing and then for dinner either cereal or eggs or something. depending on how hungry i am. i turn off my ac pull out a little trampoline thing get in a long sleeve shirt, hoodie and sweat pants and jump for then entire commercial time (normally to a song kinda makes it not so boring) then i do 20 minutes of pilates. and all i drink is a shit ton of green tea (love it-my fav) and water. ICE cold water. annnnd that’s what i am doing. hopefully this will work…ASAP!
was good but my mums made a massive dinner so im going to have to eat that :/
Today i think overall (so far, including the dinner) i’ve had about 700 calories?
so thats pretty bad but i’ll do better tomorrow
&i have football so exercise AND no eating will hopefully make me lose a few pounds :)

Okay…well got let go from my job on Tuesday. (Along with two dozen other people. Otherwise I would just be fired. Funny, never thought of that before. If it’s just you that gets laid off you just suck. As long as you’re in a group of people that are expendable you’re OK.) So, this will either hurt me (being so depressed I just eat my way into a fatter ass) or help (being so depressed I just don’t want to eat at all).
So far, the last few days have seen the first one. But I have a plan.
1. Walk more.
2. Spend the time off focusing on myself.
3. Think of more than two things…
i am currently healthy. but in that higher healthy. i am 20, five three and 135 (fluctuates between 130 and 135-i round up) i want to be 105 ASAP! i checked it out and right now i have 24 BMI and at 105 i would have 18.5. so i can still be okay. does anyone have advice on how to do this asap? i eat very heathy and i love running i also do pilates. but i have a lot of muscle and can’t seem to shake off anymore weight. i have like perma muscle i dont have to work out to keep it but it does get like fat in front of my abs if i dont. i played softball for 13 years and swam for 5 so i am more than okay with some good ol hard core work outs. most of the fat i still have is on my love handles and my inner theighs and that stupid annoying half pooch thing. it’s not big but its the only part of my stomach not flat. no one else notices but i sure do. how do i get it to go away!!!!!!! thank you! :)
