2! 1 week ago

I’ve done this for TWO days! I know, I know, huge accomplishment. I am learning I need to use a bigger squirt as my chest needs to be covered as well as my face and most of my neck. So how long until I consider this completed? Well more than two days. I do believe that I will need this to be like putting on lotion, brushing my teeth, taking birth control, and putting on antiperspirant – routine and automatic. They say it takes 30 days to get in the habit of doing something. So, let’s say 60 days just to be sure?

Running and Whenever 2 weeks ago

OK, so I see other people have the goal. I think I can start by remembering when I run outside. Now, I won’t be running outside for a while…it’s turning to winter. I like staying warm. So, maybe I should start just as part of my morning routine. What’s one more step? I have face cream with sunscreen, it’s the rest of the body I know I will ignore. I will work on it though. Face and neck sunscreen daily, here I go!

I don’t know why I keep forgetting. Now I have a sunburn. Of course.

This is hard in the muggy weather. 4 months ago

I already feel greasy and sweaty. Putting lotion on my face just makes me feel gross.

It’s worth it! I used to hate sunscreen bc it’s so thick and greasy and smelly but I found a great kind, it’s put out by Banana Boat and it feels like a light lotion even though it’s SPF 50. Now I use it faithfully every time I go outside bc I refuse to turn red again! Sunburns are painful! lol

wrinkles and skin cancer? no thanks 5 months ago

when i go in the sun gotta put it on, especially on my tatoo. i want to get sheer stuff for my face but until then i’ll deal with the ocean potion. besides, i’m outside all summer long so i’m still going to be tan.
