renovate my house

the new year will be heads down & tail up into this project.

I plan to remove an 8M x 7M section that has rotten flooring etc
and low roof.

Too costly to simply repair. Remodel with stone and build to suit front part of 1900s cottage.

It is over a decade since I first dreamt of doing this.
It has tried my patience, and that of friends.

OH HOW I LOVE A SLEDGEHAMMER & PINCH BAR.

HELLO THIS IS TYONIA AND MY FAMILY NEEDS A HOME WE HAVEN BEEN INTO A HOME OF OUR OWNS SCENE A YEAR AND ABOUT 4 MONTHS.TIMES WAS GETTING ROUG AND WE HAD TO LET GO THE SMALL HOME WE HAD.I NEVER THOUGHT THAT WELL BE THIS LONG WITHOUT A HOME AND THIS IS SOMEHTING I JUST CANT SEEM TO BELIVE.I REALLY WANT A ROOM MY OWN AT THAT AND I WANT ALL MY FAMILY TO BE TOGETHER AT ONCE.NOT HAVING A HOME OVERCROWDING WILL BE GREAT.WE MIGHT STRUGGLE FROM WHAT WE GOT NOW BUT ALL WE WANT IS A HOME .PEOPLE ASK ME CAN I COME STAY OR COME OVER TO YOUR HOUSE SOMETIMES I BE MAKING EXCUSES UP.SOMETIMES I CRY TO THINK WELLL NEVER HAVE A HOME TO OUR OWN AGAIN .PLEASE HELP ME AND OUR FAMILY CAUSE I MISS OUR FAMILY TIMES AND OUR FAMILY HOME.SOMETIMES I JUST THINK WHAT IT WILL BE LIKE TO HAVE OUR OWN HOUSE AND TO BE REALLY IN IT .I JUST WANT A HOME :(.

This one is complete!

All we have to do is put down hardwood in the dining room and the house will be officially done! That means three of my goals are about to be called complete!

Only one bedroom is left to fix up. Every other room is complete except for putting down the flooring! I am very excited about moving in over there. Once the last bedroom is finished it will just be a matter of moving everything over there and fixing up the furniture.

Two more rooms and its ready.. The bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and one of the bedrooms are all done except for flooring. I can’t wait to move!

well, i’ve finally commenced. last week i painted my bedroom. one room down and about two more years of work to go!

I would like to renovate my bedroom
first clean it out
white wash it
then paint in a neutral colour
i choose a neutral colour because my room is small and i need to make it look bigger
then i want to perchase a wardrobe for my clothes and so forth and get a bed, a long mirror and a bench… all the essentials for a small bedroom (not big enough for a desk)
and a bookshelf also…

Including:

Redo the siding
Get new windows
Get it exterminated (I need some peace of mind!)
Renovate the kitchen
Paint the bathrooms
Redo the downstairs bathroom ceiling
Build in some closet space
Redo the walkway
Repair the front veranda/roof over the veranda
Build a garage
