i wannalose weight ive put on a bit and feel weighed down i felt much better and healthier when i was skinnier.i feel uncomfortable at the moment i need to excercise more and eat better i just looooove food tho its soo yummy!!

Oh ye Im getting there start from the bottom and work up to the top. At the end of the summer when people are saying they have put on weight or got really unfit I’m going to say “you stuck your nose up when I said I was going to get out there and get fitter.” when I told people my goal it to lose weight and be able to go out and be confidant in shorts by the end of the summer they all just stuck their noses up like I was wasting my time. I will prove them wrong.

i want to be fit and healthy and at the moment im neither
Since I graduated from university and started teaching, I started to move less,eat more and I even notice it now that I really need to control myself,my life style,my bad habits,etc. I feel like I need someone to go to the gym and think that I will easily quit it if a friend is not near me. I also hate myself when I eat at night and never have breakfast. I have a bad diet during the day. My house mates are working busily so we don’t have time to cook. That’s worse because we don’t eat any healthy food. Anyway, not being disciplined about the rhings I have been complaining and not starting to solve the problems make me really hate myself. So I also lose my confidence in me.
I managed to get up this morning and took becky for a walk. It was a pretty short walk but I did it!
She really enjoyed being out with me this morning and it was nice to get some fresh air before going to work and facing the day!
Looking forward to our walk tomorrow :)
Bibliomane was very kind and posted a comment on my Motivation post and sometimes the simplest solutions are staring you in the face.
My mornings are usually hectic with me getting up too late, running round like an idiot trying to have a bath, get dressed, eat breakfast, see to my furbabies and then drive to work.
So….This week…I am going to try taking my bath at night, picking out my clothes at night, swishing and swiping at night before bed, organising the things i need for work….at night and going to bed before 11pm so I can wake up in the morning earlier and have time to walk Becky before going to work.
