Learn to say no

since we are sort of having a slight disagreement.
So how was I conned into chipping in $60 on a jacket? If I actually get to see L wear it, it will be worth it. But WTF? Then again I did have a wonderful afternoon.

just by always saying yes…..i have to out the way to get the things done which drains me of my strength….feel tired..feel being used….

this piece of “shit” i used to hang out with always wanted his way, i decided not to bother with him anymore. no more of his bullshit. if somebody wants their way all the time from now on i will say no , fuck off your not worth my time.

I have the hardest time saying No to anyone. It causes me stress and my boyfriend worries. Hopefully I’ll remind myself to do this more often.

there’s no need to bother with someone who needs to get their way all the time and doesn’t care what the other person wants.

My best friend, knowing I had a problem saying no, gave me a card that changed my life. It read:

“No is NOT a negative statement. It is just an affirmation of the decision you have chosen.”

I’ve ever been at this, but still not there. So much of a people pleaser…ugh! And when I’m not busy trying to please everyone on the entire planet, my uber-optimism is busy setting me up for a million and one great ideas to be a part of…ugh! I’m getting there…
