I would love to be able to jog a couple of miles without feeling like my heart was going to explode.

I keep procrastinating my goal to start jogging, become really lazy about it! :( need to pep up myself to complete my goal…
Well actually a week ago I made up my mind to start jogging. I’ve only just realised how unfit I am as I can just about walk the distance let alone jog it. It’s only been a week but I defintly feel better.

I’m starting tomorrow, thursday. I’m very excited :D
Stephanie heaven is a feeling
i started, so i’ll check this off. i started, but didn’t continue. i spent the rest of the day deathly sick and ever since then i haven’t felt normal.
according to people, i jumped into it too soon and too fast. i only jogged for ten minutes, and walked more than half of the time… but i’m not really in the mood to try it again, especially now that i constantly do not feel well at all.
after first time, which wasn’t, easy and i felt little bit embarassed, cause i’m not very fit actually, i said only: ohh-my-God, my LEGS!!!;p but i’ll be tough;) i’m going to continue it yeah!
anticloud is bouncy!
...started hurting where I had broken it a year ago and my knees started feeling really odd. I think that I’m going to stick to interval treadmill runs and the elliptical (when we get it). The idea of hurting myself doesn’t really appeal to me. I guess that not everyone is built for jogging.

I started jogging in March, to participate in the 5 km race VĂ¥rruset (=Spring rush) in Stockholm, June 3. My goal was to finish the race in less than 35 minutes.
Now I have succeded! My time was 31 minutes. I’m very proud!
The challenge now will be to continue jogging without any goal. Maybe I have to find another race…
A factor that made it easier for me was that 12 other girls at work also participated. They kept my motivation up during the weeks before.
