I have a need to eat often so I require planning so I eat every 2-3 hours healthy foods and my daily total is 1200 calories sample day:
breakfast=oatmeal and a banana 8 am
snack=apple 11 am
snack edamame 1 pm
lunch vegetable soup 4 pm
snack= almonds 6 pm
dinner guacamole and spinach on whole wheat bread 9 pm

going vegan that way I wont eat junk because most junk in my house either has cheese or butter in the ingredients

lunch= veggie burge
snack= yogurt
dinner= vegetable soup
drink 4 cups green tea, 2 cups black tea, 2 cups herbal tea, 2 cups water

I am concentrating on eating healthy-lots of fruits, vegetables, nuts and fish. Wholesome, real food so I glow inside out.
i am really unstable when it comes to my nutrition. there are days that i starve drinking only juices and eating yoghurt and nuts and honey and others (esp. weekends) when i eat chocolate all the time. i really want to stick to a programme, not only because it is bad for my figure, i dont think it is very healthy either.
