...so much as it is about the Paul Simon song “Graceland,” which is almost an anthem of mine. At this point it would be a kind of pilgrimage.
Substantial is high on caffeine
I’ve always wanted to make a quest to Graceland. Since I was a youngen I’ve been afan of Elvis.
fixxy05 is running in circles...
both before i even moved to tn! its fun! the king has a crazy house! oh but def. dont stay in the heartbreak hotel! when i did they didnt have air conditioning and its right next to the highway!
Elvis was a legend along with being legendary and that’s something worth seeing even if he’s not around anymore. I wil go to graceland someday.for sure
Went this summer, it was very intresting for a man so rich he lived in a more humble way. when stood out by the graves felt someone blow on my neck but when I turned around no one was there.spooky
There’s some mystique about Graceland and Elvis. I loved it! Memphis is wonderful, too.
I went there with an appriciation of Elvis, and I left in love. I don’t know exactly what it was, but it made a huge elvis fan out of me.
Graceland itself is kind of tacky and really crowded. I felt like it was a bit rundown and overhyped. However, I’m super glad that I went.
Memphis has GREAT food and a lot of other cool things to do. It’s a charming city and Graceland is only one small part.
Go for it!
