Okay. December is get serious month. I have gained weight and don’t feel so great due to the slacking I’ve been doing on this goal, so I’m back to strictness:
NO desserts.
NO sodas.
NO candy.
It’s actually pretty simple, and doable. I’m not severely restricting food, I’m not counting sugar grams or calories or anything time consuming and detailed like that- I’m eating normally and without obsessing about it, but just cutting out those three unnecessary junk categories.
I can do it. I will do it. December will be my month of willpower.

How I did it: I stopped using suggar in my tea witch was kind of easy .now i use none in my tea AT ALL. Then step by step i stopped consuming pankaces doughnuts stuff like that but i still ate them every now and then and i still do but 3 times less :) . Now I just need to control my craving for chocolate completely but I already havent eaten any in a wekk so for me it pretty good. The less you eat sugar, the less you crave! Read how I did it…

I need to lose weight and I have been really moody and cranky lately. Some of the reading I have been doing suggests that this might be because of my sugar habit. I am not going to completely cut sugar – that is very hard, but get rid of the obvious stuff, pop, alcohol, candy, cakes, cookies, crackers, etc.
So tiny as to be near pathetic, but I’ll take them where I can get them.
I didn’t go to Panera bread and order the chocolate duet cookie even though I wanted to. Go, me! Keep up the good work.

Not doing a very good job at this. Earlier this arvo I was eating Nerds from the box and ice cream.
It’s a fact I’m eating so many candies than the usual. Probably these crazy days in this end of the year is giving me this desire. I’m trying fo avoid it putting a lot of fruits in my lunch dish (and don’t think about the desert). Maybe I have to think about healthy snacks to eat during the day and substitute the chocolate for them. Any ideias?
I found that if I eat more during the meal, I want to eat less sweet things afterwards. Eating more during the meal will provide me with more nutrients and stop me from filling up later with empty calories.
Stupid Halloween. Completely derailed me.
Also, baking cupcakes with Frogette. And eating them.
Where the frickin frick is my willpower?
Well, that’s my specfic goal inside the “eat less sugar” goal. I’ll keep it until I lose my 5 extra kilos. I’ll try to eat just fruits after my lunchs on work days. On weekends, I’ll let me eat some desert after lunch, but in controlled quantities. And I’ll avoid all the candies I’m always keeping in my purse or backbag.

I want to be someone who doesn’t need sugar, who doesn’t have to eat it whenever its around. I want to be happy with saying no to cake and cookies and other treats without feeling deprived. I want to enjoy my healthy sugar-free body.
... that giving up sugar will solve a lot of other problems in my life. I’m new to 43 things so before I put a strategy in place I’m going to read the “worth doing” accounts to get revved up.
I ordered “Potatoes not Prozac” yesterday, has anyone read it/implemented it?
