so i didn’t do my training this weekend… boo for me, but i’m gonna be back on track tomorrow! Honestly!
so now that i no longer smoke – my lungs no longer hurt while running, which, while i have only been training for a week, it is still hard, at least i am enjoying the run more! and I created a kick-ass playlist of cheezy songs to keep me going!

found some training schedule.. and starting half way through the 5 km run traiing schedule… not sure that gives me enough time to even finish all the weeks before the 10km run… but will try!
it’s hard work… I am very much out of shape…
