Firstly: Why 27? Why not 30? Or 54.7? What is with this number?

Secondly: Anyone could interpret this wrongly… If you’re British it just seems idiotic.

I also do not agree with this goal as I feel people should be more open about their bodies. I blame self-consciousness on the perfectionist and celebrity-crazy media. People should pay more attention to their own lives and the lives of others around them. It would make the world a nicer place.

Worth doing!

A lot of people want to lose weight but they dont know how to start… my mom and dad went on weight watchers last summer, so my girlfriend and i went on it with them for support… before i knew it the extra pounds started dropping off, i wasn’t even working out either. Weight watchers is a great diet, based on a points system. you are allowed a certain ammount of point in one day, depeneding on your age, height, weight, and amount of physical activity you perform in one day… It is a rock solid diet that will NOT fail as long as you stick to it!!! good luck all!!!

I weighed myself last saturday and I’ve lost 22 pounds already! I have reached the initial goal, and I’m feeling really good! Now I’ll go for those last 5 pounds, though my current weight is very good for my height. But we always want more, don’t we?

Worth doing!

since I had my son in November, I have officially lost 27 pounds..I think from from breasfeeding and working out when I find the time. Yay!

My bathroom scale is off! I stepped on a scale at the gym to fnd out that I am 167 not 150lbs. I have work to do

I’ve lost 18 pounds so far and counting! I’ve spent 16 months exercising and cutting down my portions, finding information about metabolism, so that I can achieve this goal the old fashioned way: Eat less, excercise more and be smart!
