Since becoming a geology major at W&M, I actually spend a lot of time outdoors! I went on 4 weekend field trips this semester…in addition to outdoor labs many afternoons. It’s delightful!

How to spend more time outdoors
It made me

 "I became all one with nature and all."
How I did it: I got this dog. He is great. Seriously. If you saw my dog, you would be like, "wow, cool dog". So, now that he has had all his shots, we go on walks in the woods. He is happy, I am happy. He is tired, I pretend I'm not tired (gotta keep the puppy morale high). I have some peace and quiet (except for the people who stop to say "wow, cool dog") and I get some exercise. If you want to spend more time outdoors, get a dog. But don't just get one, get one and love him and want to do things with him, and before you know it, you'll be outdoors too. Lessons & tips: Get dog, rescue one, get a specific breed from a breeder if you feel it's necessary, whatever. Get dog. Love dog. Don't chain him up, or just throw him outside to pee. Take him out to see the world. Resources: Leash, collar, legs.

Did weed a bit of my motherinlaws garden when I called with m y son ths evening – lots of couch grass – she had fungus growing in patches over hew lawn that she thought was cat sick?
