I DID IT??!
wow weird!! I weighed myself this morning, and what did I see??
140???!
I almost DIED. I was very shocked. if I can lose just one more pound, you don’t even understand how psychologically beneficial that would be for my self-esteem.
I didn’t even do anything special… I even had a snack-bar halfway through the day! and chocolate after dinner! and a deliiiicious dinner of boca burger and corn on the cob… yummm.

so finally, I can get rid of this stupid goal! it sure took long enough.

Worth doing!

Finally I am down a size! This is really encouraging, because I can fit into a pair of pants that have been sitting in my closet for about a year! Now it is time to lose 5 more! My goal weight is 130, and right now I weigh 144. I want to lose 14 pounds, but I am taking small steps. It’s much easier that way.

I did have to give up my weightlifting class and I need to replace it with something – I can do tennis or racquetball or just weightlifting on my own. I also need to get back to bike-riding since the weather will be a litte cooler soon.

I used this website a long time ago and I forgot about it. I just remembered today and I decided I would update.

I used to weigh like 251 now i weigh like 212 and that is ways more than five pound. I have like 85 more to go. Good luck to the rest of you.

I actually think I need to go back to my goal of losing ten pounds… I crossed it off prematurely I think, and I binged for a couple of weeks and now I weigh the same as before all over again. I look exactly the same. That’s the problem with dieting and not exercising.

So this time I’m exercising. I think if I lose 5 pounds it will be mostly water-weight.
