How I did it: I was on a diet an i could just drink diet sodas. I just like coca cola, no diet, no nothing, so i stop drinking coke because of my diet. Then i start reading a lot of consequences of drinking this type of beverage. I decided that for my own good and if i wanted a healthier life i had to stop drinking coke. I did it and i could prove how much was my improvement on my past two weeks, i was on vacation in the USA and i didn't buy coke at al… Read how I did it…

One week down and i’m alright actually. I’m gonna let myself drink diet coke but only if there isn’t much else but not by choice. the only times I will have it really is when I’m in restaurants and stuff as there are only really fizzy drinks there or water.

I went for around a week without it as i was away and i’m actually not as bad as i thought i would be. im back at school in 2 days and they dont see coke so i think i’ll be alright. the only problem is that diet coke is always in our house for some reason but now theres water in the fridge so i’m alright for a while =]

I haven’t drink coke now for 2 weeks and 3 days… i will like to see if i can stay “coke sober” forever… i don’t miss it, but i’m not drinking it now cause i’m on a diet and is prohibited.. let’s see what happens when i finish my diet!!!!
