I am now the proud owner of a craigslist account. Now to finish decluttering and start photographing what I want to sell.
How to sell the stuff I want to get rid of on Ebay or Craigslist

How I did it: just went to the website.using craigslist was way way WAY easier than i thought. i set my tv outside with a note on it, then easily posted to craigslist and an cute old man came and took it away within the hour.

Giving it away

I’ve started giving it away. If someone needs my cedar chest / storage unit / end table / food processor / etc and will give it a good home, then by all means they are welcome to it. I’ve been aiming for about three things a weekend. Post it on Saturday morning, give it all away on Sunday evening. Less stuff, more happy people.
